In this experiment we're testing the different outcomes of three separate single infusion mash temperatures on an amber ale recipe.

In an effort to improve our data collection, we plan to provide a number of smaller groups with the experiment beer to taste and evaluate in a focused setting. If you are interested in participating or hosting, please sign up below. As always, we will serve the experiment to the club at large during our meeting in April.
