YEAST PITCH RATE EXPERIMENT

Three separate beers were fermented with US-05, London Ale III and WB-06 respectively. For each beer, yeast was pitched into equal volumes of wort at three different rates (Low = 0.2, Recommended = 0.5 and High = 1 (million cells / ml / degree Plato)).

When tasting each beer try to determine which sample corresponds to each of these conditions and submit your guess using the following survey.
